1 medium size bowl yogurt

A handful SERA rice

1,5 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon SERA mint

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon SERA red pepper flakes

6 cups water

1 dessert spoon salt


Winnow out and wash the rice. Put it in the boiling water and simmer until the rice is softened. On another side, add flour in yogurt and whip the mixture up. Add it in the water-rice mix little by little and stir at the same time. Keep stirring until it is boiled. After boiling for 5 minutes add salt and turn off the heat. Add the oil slightly fried with red pepper flakes and mint, then serve.
