1 big cup SERA red lentil

1 onion

1 carrot

2 tablespoon olive oil

1,5 liters water

1 tablespoon flour

2 bouillon cubes



Put the oil and onion in the pot and fry. Once the onion turns to golden brown add 1 tablespoon of flour and stir the mixture a few times. Add lentils and peeled carrot cubes and stir again. After adding the bouillon cubes add water and simmer the mixture until the carrots and lentils fall apart. When it is cooked puree the soup in a blender until it is smooth.
